Sports IQ by Eliot AI uses basketball to build the confidence, focus and life skills young people carry everywhere.
Every athlete carries more than a ball. Some come from single-parent homes or split time between two households. Some are struggling in school, dealing with bullies, or scrolling through a feed that tells them they're never enough. Comparison really is the thief of joy, and kids feel it every day.
Our mission is to make sure the game gives back more than it takes. Sports IQ, like GameIQ for the mental side of the game, uses athletics to build the confidence, focus and life skills young people need to handle whatever the world throws at them, on the court and off it.
Sports IQ is practical, everyday support for teenagers, the parents raising them, and the coaches and clubs who lead them. It's built from day one with the privacy and safety protections that minors and college athletes deserve.

Every club, high school and college player has access to mental performance support, not just elite programs.
A 5-minute reset before a game. A place to unload after a rough one. Tools for the comparison, the comments and the pressure, on the court and off it.
A way to support your athlete without the guesswork, whether you're raising them in one home or co-parenting across two.
Simple tools to share film and plays, and to give every player a mindset routine that fits your system.
One shared approach to mental performance across every team.

Sports IQ is a program of Athlete Unlimited Foundation, a San Antonio nonprofit whose mission is to empower, educate and enrich the lives of students and kids through athletics. The foundation helps families in need keep their kids in the game by funding costs like AAU dues, travel and tournament fees, and by offering tutoring for academic support.
Sports IQ shares that heart. The foundation helps kids stay in the game. Sports IQ helps them grow a strong mind while they play it.
Players talk about game IQ: reading the floor and making the right play. Sports IQ is the same idea for the mental side of the game, built on sports psychology: handling pressure, staying confident and bouncing back. That’s why we say Sports Psychology = Sports IQ. Sports IQ is by Eliot AI.
Sports IQ operates as its own business, as a program of Athlete Unlimited Foundation, a San Antonio nonprofit.
