Share film, plays and practice plans once. Give every player mindset tools that fit your system. And write team posts right here; they reach your team only when you approve.
The coach and athlete apps are in development. The web portal is open now: create a free coach account to get your free team code, invite link and QR code for your staff and players. The Team Huddle Portal and team chat are free for coaches, athletes and parents.
Olivia, the Sports IQ AI agent, walks you through the free Team Huddle Portal, the Off the Bench Plan and the Full Court Press Plan.
You don't always know what a player is carrying when they walk in. Two households. A rough week at school. Something said online. Coaches can't fix all of it, but you can give players tools to handle pressure and bounce back. Sports IQ gives them a private place to work on it, and gives you a simple way to support the whole team.
Sign up with your name, email, club or school, team, sport and level. Confirm your email and your free team code is ready, with an invite link and QR code. One code covers your coaching staff and roster.
Share your team code, invite link or QR code, or send email invites. Staff and players join with your code, and you approve each one. Players under 18 need a parent or guardian's consent before their account turns on.
Write team posts in your Team Huddle Portal. Athletes and parents read them there once you approve, with no outside chat app needed.
You write team posts in your Team Huddle Portal, and athletes and parents read them there. The team chat and coach-to-parent messages are built in too, without sharing phone numbers. Nothing is copied to or from sportsYou, GroupMe or any other chat app.
Using sportsYou for your schedule? Paste your team's sportsYou calendar link once and games flow into Team Huddle every 2 hours. Or add games right here by hand.
We'll never ask for your password. You'll never type your sportsYou or Hudl password into Sports IQ.
| Role | Can | Can't |
|---|---|---|
| Club / school admin | Add teams and coaches, see usage | Read players' private chats |
| Head coach | Manage roster, film and plays, write and approve team posts, run the team chat | Read players' private chats |
| Assistant coach | Upload film, draft posts | Send posts without head coach approval |
| Player | Watch assigned film and plays, use their private Sports IQ chat | See other players' data |
| Parent / guardian | Give consent, see schedule and team posts, delete their child's data | Read their child's private chats |
Private stays private. A player's mental wellness check-ins are never posted to the team chat. They stay between the player and Sports IQ.
Coaches and clubs: Sports IQ is free for your athletes and their parents. Share your team code, and point families to sportsiq.si whenever a player could use a sports psychology boost.
The Team Huddle Portal and team chat are free for coaches, athletes and parents, and coaches invite their team with a free team code.

If a player shares something that's more than the game, Sports IQ shows crisis help right away, every time (988, and 911 for immediate danger). At the same moment, a licensed psychologist on our team is alerted to review and reach out and, for players under 18, a parent or guardian gets a text at the number they gave at sign-up. Planned You won't see the player's private chat. If you're ever worried about a player, follow your club or school's own safety steps, and call 911 in an emergency. See Safety →
